Why we have chosen autism
We need/must open specialist schools for aspergers children that encourage the genius in them.
Many children with aspergers a high functioning form of autism cant cope in mainstream schools and are often to high functioning for special schools.
Our son Joel has aspergers and has not been able to cope in mainstream school is currently out of education ………we must help him and other children like him.
At times its been really difficult and heartbreaking but as i know i am here to make a difference and will open my Genius schools and help other families like ourselves that feel they have no where else to turn and just dont know what to do.
What is aspergers?
A form of autism this affects how a person makes sense of the world, processes information and relates to other people. It affects people in many different ways and with varying degrees.
It is a hidden disability that means you cant tell someone has the condition by their appearance.

Why did we choose these charities?
- Alzheimers – as it is close to my heart as my granddad suffered from the illness
- Cancer - Doctors estimate that more than one in three of us will get some form of cancer at some point in our lives. Imagine that almost every one of our families will be affected by cancer!!
I thought i was an exception or was just lucky considering these statistics that nobody in my family had suffered this illness, until last November 08 when i suddenly lost my best friend/nana to this cruel illness, it has left me devastated and like many of you, i have an empty space that will never be filled.
